Pros
Everyone at Mozart was very friendly. The managers especially really seemed to care about me. Compensation was also fair for such a basic position. It's nearly impossible to find paid internships these days. Overall I was pretty happy there!
Cons
I only really have one complaint about the company. A significant portion of the people working here did not seem to care about any of the tenants. It was a very "us first" mentality that often lead to conflict with customers. I'm of the opinion the customer and their satisfaction, especially in this field, is very very important.
