As others have mentioned, you do need to be self-directed and self-motivated I think this is true of most MR firms, but clients and project teams have varying expectations

Really smart people, some management seems to care about employees, if you like working independently, working a lot, being constantly challenged and pushed this would be a good place for you.

Sink or swim culture. Little to no support, onboarding, training, guidance, etc.. You will be working nights and weekends, nearly all the time. And will never really be able to enjoy PTO/vacation time (if you are allowed any) because there is no one else to cover you. Some leaders are great others are extremely toxic and nearly abusive with communication styles and expectations. Perfection is required.
