      Pros

      Decent salary, amazing staff of attorneys, and very fun culture. The people there are people you want to be around. There was truly no one I disliked.

      Cons

      No real bonus structure, hard to get any type of training or even feedback on work, and growth was wholly on you as a younger associate. The firm didn't appear to value training.

      Pros

      Good compensation. Great technical assistance and office software and document management. Beautiful offices. Great training on software but no training on office policies.

      Cons

      Poor management, office politics and lots of bullying and gossiping.
