Pros
I came into Moxie with NO sales, marketing, communications experience. They taught me everything I needed to know, and the president of the company spent time with me personally to develop my skillset. Also, you're assigned a mentor that guides you through the managment training position. The company culture is so positive and strong. Also, the growth opportunities are mind blowing. Definitely time now, for time later.
Cons
The first few months are difficult because you're learning to balance everything. Once I mastered that, then it was a lot easier. Of course, it's a numbers and performance driven business, so there are times where it can be stressful. My first month or so I saw the position as a "job" instead of an investment, so I was initially upset by the pay.
