Pros

• New leadership changes are turning the company around • Additional leadership & support continuing to be added across the company which was very much needed • Quick action was taken on toxic workplace behaviors / employee in upper management • The people are phenomenal and really make the company what it is • Company is in a growth phase, exciting projects coming through the pipeline

Cons

• There are typical growing pains, as is to be expected with growth along with a change in CEO / previous company culture • No women on the executive leadership team, would be beneficial to have more of a balance in upper management

Pros

I’m still early in my time at MoxiWorks, but my experience so far has been very positive. The people, culture, and onboarding support have stood out the most. The team is welcoming, collaborative, and genuinely helpful. Questions are encouraged, support is easy to find, and people are generous with their knowledge. It creates an environment where you do not feel like you are figuring things out alone. I was familiar with MoxiWorks before joining because my previous company launched the MoxiWorks product suite in 2021, and I served as a lead instructor. I had the opportunity to learn the products and work with some of the people I now call teammates. What has been especially meaningful is seeing that the people are just as friendly, helpful, and customer-focused from the employee side as they were when I was on the customer side. The onboarding process is very structured and thoughtfully organized. It is clear that a great deal of thought, time, and energy went into building an onboarding plan that helps new employees learn with purpose instead of feeling overwhelmed. I have a dedicated Asana board with weekly learning, application access links, setup instructions, product resources, and role-specific guidance. My onboarding mentor meets with me weekly and helps connect what I’m learning to real customer scenarios. I’m also part of the Buddy Program, which has been a great way to ask general company questions and has helped me feel connected across the organization.

Cons

I don’t have any true cons to share at this point. There is a lot to learn, but the onboarding structure and team support have made that feel manageable.

Pros

MoxiWorks at one time had an incredible culture under a dynamic respected CEO and leadership team. Incredibly talented people who "Got Sh*t Done". Wide variety of backgrounds who came together to thrive. A customer-focus that resulted in nearly unmatched customer service rankings and ratings. That was then.

Cons

VC backing brought in a "CEO" who allowed his last company to be stripped for parts after he left (check those Glassdoor rankings). Unsurprisingly, he did the same thing at MW. Layoffs after layoffs while he hires buddies of his with zero experience in the industry MW serves, cut costs, outsource, offshore. Company is a shell of its former self. Great young talent ran off, though a few folks remain from the heyday. They can try to polish up bad code and pretend it's new, but the products remain woefully behind competitors - which is why they lie about features to try to sell it. The spirit that was MW is dead and the industry knows it. Hopefully they spin off ActivePipe into its own company again so they don't take that great product and the Australian team down with the ship.
