Good people. Good culture if talking about learning and helping each.

No clear strategy. Missing vision and plan for next 5 years. Management level care cash flow more than competitiveness. Benefit getting less competitive year by year. No clear career path.

- Colleagues are good and kind - Hybrid model - Flexibility If you are looking for a 9to5 job, a comfort place to work, and a good work-life-balance. This is a good place for it. However, the managements changed, cannot be sure if it still the same.

- Cannot see the big picture - Managements team changed without seeing any vision..... but more control....
