The editors are really nice and helpful. Communication is done virtually via Slack and even though it's remote there's a good team collaboration.

Strategies change often, you might get comfortable writing one topic but then it stops performing so need to always be ideating fresh ideas (this could also be a positive, depending on your perspective).
