Rampant nepotism, virtue signaling, infuses religion into everything. Managers who aren't trained properly on how to manage and are poor personality fits for their roles. Profit over everything. I will never get over the number of times I was manipulated into believing people I worked with for almost a decade were like family and who I thought I was really close with only to have them dissappear after I left like none of it mattered. Weird to market that as part of their culture. It's almost like they want to keep you loyal so you stay underpaid working for Movement with friends instead of taking a better paying opportunity elsewhere. That's all their culture is. If you need to feel good about yourself and will accept low pay in exchange, go ahead but if you're needing to advance your career do not take a job here.
