Underpaid and micromanaged - Front Office Manager Movement For Life Employee Review

Clinic director mad my day to day work life awful, She would belittle and get mad when coworkers said good morning to one another. She created a hostile work environment and I did not feel welcome. When this was brought to HR's attention they did not solve any problem. It is not the front offices' fault for patients not showing/ canceling their appointments.
