Pros

The mission is powerful and meaningful — men’s health, mental health, suicide prevention. It's a cause worth fighting for. Passionate, skilled teams at the grassroots level who genuinely care about making a difference. A globally recognised brand with the potential to do so much more.

Cons

The CEO has been a disaster for the organisation — inconsistent, reactive, and lacking both vision and people leadership skills. The Chairman has failed to provide the strategic oversight and accountability needed to guide the organisation through change. Leadership decisions are made in a vacuum, often disconnected from operational reality and frontline insight. A toxic culture of fear and confusion has replaced what was once a collaborative, driven environment. Internal morale is low, with high turnover and widespread frustration among staff who feel unheard and undervalued. The organisation’s external image no longer reflects the internal dysfunction.

Pros

- Great office culture, and the teams are all very supportive of each other. Good at balancing fun with a great work ethic. Competitive pay, as far as charities go (in my opinion, as they paid me more than most jobs in LA were offering me for a similar role) - Good work-life balance as they did Hybrid and also were flexible on work schedule as long as you got your work done and made it to important meetings. -They're very open to feedback as well - Made efforts to do career development (although they were all so busy it didn't get as much time) Would definitely work there again given the opportunity.

Cons

-As the title says, they are struggling with market visibility, especially in the US market. This leads to an uphill battle with getting funding and results in a plateauing of their funding for 2026. -Also they have an issue with media management, i.e., visibility on relevant apps and making younger people on social media care. They seem to be aware of this and are taking steps to try to remedy it. - Don't have great benefits, and the retirement fund isn't that great either.

Pros

A workplace that values fun, is laidback, great health care and vacation, the people are generally cool and caring.

Cons

This is for the US market - the impact is not palpable and makes "selling" the work difficult. It's more of a shtick of selling a brand and the programs don't tie directly to fundraising efforts. The "Mo Bro" culture is tired and can feel alienating to those who don't drink the cool aid. Leadership is caring but still can feel like amateur hour. Lots of favoritism. Didn't learn as much as I hoped in my time there.
