William is a good founder and some other good colleagues but the rest of the management is terrible.

Prepare to overwork, wear multiple hats, take a pay cut and still get let go unexpectedly.

Company is growing quickly. Just raised pre-said round and based on projected growth should raise seed pretty quickly. Product coming along, company is expanding to new markets which means a lot of opportunity whether thats in sales, operations, marketing or software development. I expect the company to look for many more devs once they raise their seed given their business plan and ambitions. I would expect the compensation to match the job requirement once they have raised more money. Company culture is great. Extremely diverse, everyone that works there is very nice. There has been decently high turnover just because of the need for interns at this stage of the company but they are pivoting to hiring a team with more experience given their trajectory. Hard work is certainly expected but it is a fun work environment with plenty of room for both collaboration and taking initiate. Not hard to buy-in to the mission given the opportunity at hand. Lucas and Will work hard and are determined to make this company a Unicorn.

No real cons - as mentioned I expect compensation to rise with the goals and ambitions of the company but it is a great opportunity.
