Pros
Movemate was my first job during the summers while I was in school and it was a great opportunity for me to get experience working at a startup and in the tech space. Relative to my colleagues at other summer jobs, I felt like the work I was doing was impactful and if I had a good idea my thoughts were heard and I had a real impact on the company.
Cons
These were the early days of Movemate! This means I was wearing a lot of hats and had a variety of different responsibilities. Not necessarily a con but from my experience you should be willing to take on a variety of responsiblities that may outside your comfort zone.
