      Pros

      - Excellent work-life balance. Remote work was well handled with enough employee engagement initiatives - Flat organization - The C-level team was super easy to reach out to - Open to experimentation - Always a great sign for a growing company - Fantastic start-up culture with lots of opportunities to learn and grow with the company

      Cons

      There were a few initial hiccups with processes, mainly owing to the team being remote. But the management was open to testing out different project management tools to streamline the processes and make all tasks and projects transparent.

      William is a good founder and some other good colleagues but the rest of the management is terrible.

      Prepare to overwork, wear multiple hats, take a pay cut and still get let go unexpectedly.

      - The company is solving a real problem (moving is extremely stressful and doesn't need to be) - Recently pivoted to also doing B2B SaaS, which is exciting - Everyone is nice, good team chemistry - Hybrid, some days in-office, some days WFH - Problem-solving mentality, keep trying until you get it right

      Cons

      - Early-stage startup means things are still a bit disorganized, but there are incremental improvements every month. - Team is very lean; workload can get overwhelming
