      Pros

      working here was extremely flexible, great people and the working environment may be a little messy but everyone is very nice. Job is pretty great for students

      Cons

      organization and communication is definitely not there. since most people are not based in Montreal communication of how things should run is always different depending who you are asking. Many tasks are forgotten about or brought up months later. Tasks are never really clear and objectives are constantly changing so you never really know what your goals are.

      Pros

      William is a good founder and some other good colleagues but the rest of the management is terrible.

      Cons

      Prepare to overwork, wear multiple hats, take a pay cut and still get let go unexpectedly.

      Pros

      - The company is solving a real problem (moving is extremely stressful and doesn't need to be) - Recently pivoted to also doing B2B SaaS, which is exciting - Everyone is nice, good team chemistry - Hybrid, some days in-office, some days WFH - Problem-solving mentality, keep trying until you get it right

      Cons

      - Early-stage startup means things are still a bit disorganized, but there are incremental improvements every month. - Team is very lean; workload can get overwhelming
