      They don’t hold you back, you’re trusted to dive into projects, talk to clients, and drive results. You end up learning a ton and working with a supportive team that’s always down to help out

      Cons

      It can be overwhelming if you’re not used to a fast pace. Definitely not a job for someone who wants to coast

      Pros

      The team is really helpful, and you get trained to handle multiple platforms like LINE, FB, and IG. There’s a system to track customer feedback, which makes it easier to improve service. Good place to build communication and CRM skills.

      Cons

      Some peak hours get hectic with lots of chats coming in at once.

      Pros

      You learn a lot quickly: chatting with customers, closing sales on LINE and Facebook, using CRM tools. The team is supportive, and there’s solid training. Hitting targets comes with nice bonuses.

      Cons

      It gets busy during big campaigns. Can be a bit much if you’re not used to fast paced work.
