Pros

Located near quality schools in a good city south of Dallas/Fort Worth. Constantly looking to hire as the company continues to grow. Apparent job security.

Cons

It appeared difficult to move up within the company. Probably a company more well suited for those individuals who are comfortable knowing that the company is stable and that their position is most likely secure.

Pros

Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

Cons

Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
