Management Ruins it for me - Customer Development Representative Mouser Electronics Employee Review

Management in sales dept has no clue what is going on or how to actually manage and lead teams. Can never answer any questions or find actionable solutions. I had very little training and after promise of continual growth and education there has been zero... all you hear is "you learn by experience". If you stand up for what you think is right you will get black listed and they wont let you transfer depts. The entire company is a giant peeing match with each dept thinking they run the show which leads to very little inter department cooperation. I have been here months and i feel like my job has been different every month
