      My specific department has a good managment

      Cons

      HR is awful, they don't help you at all. Overall management is terrible, I constantly hear horror stories from coworkers in other departments. The insurance is worthless and the pay is garbage.

      Pros

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.
