Pros

Appreciation! This company lets you know how much you are appreciated for doing a good job. From the top down to your peers. Working as a team to complete tasks. Everyone seems to put 100% into their job so when working with teams, it makes it enjoyable. When not working as a team, others respect your time and devotion.

Cons

If you don't take the bus or tram, parking can be an issue.

Many of MountainView’s employees, including members of our senior management team, previously worked at large companies and truly appreciate this environment. They thrive on the challenges and opportunities that make each day different from the previous day, and they often feel projects, sales and careers can advance faster at MountainView. Benefits Package While we are a small company, we seek to provide eligible employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, disability and life insurance—all beginning on day one of employment. We also employer-fund healthcare savings accounts, offer 401k matching, have transit reimbursements, subsidize parking and gym memberships, and provide 120 hours of annual paid time off. In addition, our offices have business casual attire and break rooms stocked with snacks and beverages.
