No pros in working here. It might seem great to work here but that goes downhill really fast.
Cons
Long hours including weekends - Leading to burnout and depression Toxic work environment Bad quality of training Faulty systems which they don't want to expose to auditors so they will pin the blame on you for any errors. Management will expect you to handle huge workloads with responsibilities not included in your job description. Will use you to train others and dispose of you where necessary.
