Great office and benefits, but slow salary progression - Associate Mount Street Employee Review

Flexible, great team, ability to wear a few hats

I am looking to continue building my accounting career and their is not another US accountant.

Some of the junior staff are nice to work with.

Toxic management, very cliquey and they are always planning to get rid of people, they pin stuff on you and deny promotions. Senior management is terrible to work with. Also certain people get promoted with no real credentials or contribution as far as they are within the senior management clique.
