Pros
You get a beautiful environment to work in. If you like mountains and low pay, it's for you. Very little responsibility in most roles and a days work doesn't require much effort. If you're looking for the simple life in a beautiful geographical location away from the city the local Towns have everything you need.
Cons
Minimum wage and overt focus on business bottom line. Very evident divide in understanding the difference of leadership v management with leadership being the less practiced.
