Worked naively in this toxic bubble for 14 years in different roles without realising how HORRIFIC the company truly are and how they don't care for staff on any level what so ever! Bullies allowed to drive people to despair and for the victims to be told they are the problem! Made to believe you are worth nothing and just need to stay in your lane. No proper protocol,training or support given at all! Hire people who can talk themselves into the job and don't properly do vigilant checks on them to make sure they are the real deal! No communication whatsoever! So called well being employee program yet never heard of it for 14 years! No support given to the right people (not everyone in each division can be classed the same and they are lucky to have alot of amazing people who they do not deserve! Don't keep anything confidential! I could be here all day but decent human beings deserve to know who they are working for. Company needs a massive shut down or shake from top to bottom! Disgrace what they get away with!
