Training was ok, got paired with someone that had some good knowledge Good parties, free grog and can go pretty wild

Got promised pay reviews and then never got one got told I’d get my own van but didn’t and got passed to people that had been there for less time just cause they were going out with someone in the office Didn’t feel safe at work cuz they didn’t pay for training cuz they said they didn’t wanna pay for it cuz they didn’t have the money or time to do it but had to go on scaffolding and when I brought it up I got told to harden up and shut up and they let go of the only hr person so couldn’t even escalate. New hr is operations missus so it’s all just kept on the down low Mate of mine got let go cuz he had a sick daughter in hospital all the time and he needed more time off but reckon they’re family orientated but only when they’re one of the boys in the office Management kept making people redundant in the office so never knew who would be gone by the end of the day and would be stuck with who to call cuz never knew
