Great place - Co-Op Motz Engineering Employee Review

I was lucky enough to have a great experience interning at Motz. There I got to work alongside the best to learn about the commissioning process. I really enjoy the work culture and work life balance at Motz. Motz also has lunch and learn opportunities which I benefited a lot from.

Not much to complain about.

Good learning opportunities, they will work alongside the co-ops and new people to the field in order to teach to a high level of understanding.

Sometimes there is a miscommunication between commissioning and the engineers, but it does generally get resolved with minor issues.
