      Very friendly employees who do their jobs well and make you feel welcome. Also a fast expanding company

      Cons

      Smaller office with a lot of projects means everybody is working hard almost all of the time, can be high stress at times

      Pros

      I was lucky enough to have a great experience interning at Motz. There I got to work alongside the best to learn about the commissioning process. I really enjoy the work culture and work life balance at Motz. Motz also has lunch and learn opportunities which I benefited a lot from.

      Cons

      Not much to complain about.
