Messy, no processes and hard to get support from colleagues for new joiners. Too many things come all at the same time and drilling into details. Schedule is always packed, hard to breathe. More foreigners than locals. No opportunities for growth and promotions always is not justified. Unbalanced workload for different departments. It will be hard to retain staff.
