Pros

Some of the staff were fantastic. They stayed upbeat, they were welcoming and hard working. However they agreed with me that the business needs to look after staff and customers better.

Cons

Where to start. This company is backwards. They do everything they can to con their customers. They charge a £150 “admin fee” that pays for stuff that is free through the dvla. You can only put £5 worth of fuel in a demo and £13 in a sold car, if you put more they deduct it out of your wages. They knew I was starting a month in advance and when i left i still did not have any log ins. All in all a terrible company to work for.

Thank you for leaving a review of your time with Motorvogue. We are very proud of our staff who you rightly say are hard working. Many businesses charge Admin fees, and we are upfront about this fee with our customers. This covers not only the work done through the DVLA but many other aspects of the purchase too. It is not uncommon for businesses to have cost control measures in place, and staff are made aware of these policies, as indeed you were. We are sorry you did not enjoy your short time working for Motorvogue and wish you the best with your future career.

Pros

Only pros really are some of the people you work with.

Cons

Where to start…. Always on the hunt for funds, even paying cars out that aren’t even in the country. Refusing to pay settlements and expecting customers to be fine with that. Treat staff with no respect, poor management that have power go to their heads. Management don’t have a clue what to do and spend to much time making spreadsheets, rather than help their team. The list goes on, just avoid like the plague as it will make you ill.
