The Motorq team is an incredible team - smart, creative, dedicated folks. As a startup, there's an added air of excitement due to our shared growth and product evolution. Working at Motorq, I feel well-supported by my colleagues while being challenged intellectually. We all wear several hats, so there's always an opportunity to learn something new or own a project. I appreciate the great working environment that the team has built.

We have an international team, so hours can be wonky at times. And being a distributed team during the ebb and flow of Covid can make it hard to get together in person. There's a lot of work to be done, so one must manage actively their work/life balance. We all have slightly different boundaries when it comes to work hours, but I generally see them respected as long as they're communicated.
