      Workshop and advisors are generally great to work with. Plenty of rewards for great work and team building

      Cons

      Pay rate, you do take a hit to the pocket to work here. But in comparison to other dealerships it is worth the trade off

      Good colleagues, good location, nice building

      Cons

      Managers are pushed beyond the limit from the owning corporation, and their constant stresses are reflected to everyone within the company. They will push everyone around asking to increase sales causing a predictable decrease in profit.
