      Good Company to work, gives lots of value to its employees, takes suggestions/ inputs from its employees. Has a very dynamic CEO and leadership team to deliver, they are employee friendly Leadership team clearly communicates to its employees on every aspect and the direction it is heading Company policies are very good (more employee friendly)

      Cons

      Support teams (admin/ IT) needs to raise their bar to satisfy employees
