Very helpful and motivated staff from Executive level on down. Great work environment, and great collaboration with peers. Great District management support and overall very satisfied with MFCP. I just moved on to a situation more in alignment with my long-term goals.

None really, I very much enjoyed my time with MFCP.

Fair PTO (sick days are included in PTO). Good company growth.

Lack of upward movement unless willing to move out of state. Pay hasn't moved a huge amount with inflation. Lack of foundation building for the company.
