Pros
My position is fairly simple and I enjoy most of the responsibilities. You have to have a "people person" personality for this job as it's mostly sales. My manager is flexible with my school schedule and bonuses are good.
Cons
No negatives so far as it's pretty straightforward. Anyone that doesnt succeed in this position clearly isn't trying or doesn't want to be in a customer service role.
