Pros
Excellent open ended environment with strong emphasis on team work. As a new college grad, you're expected to come in driven and determined to grow. You will learn a lot of transferable recruiting and sales skills in a listen, copy, and imitate learning structure. Great opportunity into the world of recruiting
Cons
As a third party agency, a lot of your performance is evaluated based off numbers. You will have weekly and monthly metrics that you are expected to hit. They seem unreasonable at times but are never impossible. Management does a good job of helping you reach your goals. Hit your goals, you'll do fine. If you cannot make the improvements, the job can be stressful.
