Pros

After 17 years in the same company, a BPO/cx company, I left a Cloud Release Engineer/Data Quality and Governance position, to work at Motion. I had anxiety, and residual nerves, but the kind people here changed that. The culture. People seem fairly happy. Genuine and open people, not afraid to talk, or be real about things they don't love. Ability to innovate and attain goals. Supportive coworkers, even strangers who I don't know. A pleasure to work with the most experienced, and learn. Running into the CEO in the parking lot at 2 weeks in was a good surprise. Good to chat and shake a hand.

Cons

Hybrid position, I was previously fully work from home. However, I've come to like having face time, so... Not sure if this is a true con... Birmingham Traffic.

Pros

Wonderful place to be. The team morale is high and management is continuously looking to do everything they can for people.

Cons

Management is limited in what they can do. If you’re needing a promotion, a raise, or an accommodation, it needs to move up the chain.
