I started pushing a broom for this company 6 years ago and now I'm working with a high profile corporate account. I'm not pretending this is a standard, in fact it's not, but it brings to light the emphasis this company puts on experience, knowledge, and personality. If you got it, reguardless of your degree, you will do well. Every branch is treated as its own business and direction and demand tend to be from the local branch up vs. Corp. down.
Cons
Motion's mantra still seems to be throw every new hire into the fire.
