      Pros

      The people and are generally friendly, and you will likely make friends while working here. Often non-work associated parties/events in the summer.

      Cons

      Management doesn't seem to leave their office to see how things are running. Terrible idea after terrible idea seems to come from management without consulting their supervisors or employees to see how these changes would effect their employees/business in practice.

      Wonderful place to be. The team morale is high and management is continuously looking to do everything they can for people.

      Cons

      Management is limited in what they can do. If you’re needing a promotion, a raise, or an accommodation, it needs to move up the chain.
