Toxic environment, clueless managers - Anonymous employee Motimatic Employee Review

Worst company to work for. Engineering department leaders have no idea about software engineering or development. The department was reformed twice, people were fired, but it never worked and new hires keep leaving. I wonder how long it will take the board of directors to realize that the problem is in the managers handling the department. Tasks assigned to people whose work is 180 degrees different, unreal and unclear goals set everyday without a clue how a proper engineering department should operate. Completely unrelated contractors try to put their “2 worthless cents” in and ruin everything with zero knowledge and understanding of what they are talking about. Favoritism among leadership. RUN RUN RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!!
