Pros
Really laid back. No need to wear buttoned up shirts or anything of the sort. Many people wear flip flops and tees, although it's suggested that you should be wearing polos and collared shirts to work (jeans are okay!) Private company, so they're not going to fire you unless you do something stupid like steal.
Cons
Pay sucks. They expect you to "work your way up" (got info from inferring and from people who've worked there awhile) but you really have to put in your due diligence. You get paid a bit more if you have your bachelor's, but compared to what you're SUPPOSED to be making, it's highway robbery. Management can be overbearing sometimes, but only when customers complain.
