      Pros

      One of the best places I have worked at. You are able to go to the head office in Munich for training, visit other hotels for sale visits, great discounts on the hotels throughout Europe. The working environment is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      There is no cons working at Motel One.

      Pros

      Flexible time, depending on who you work with you will have a friendly atmosphere; you don’t need to speak french or dutch, they are ok with English

      Cons

      Management can be bad and ignore what its employees need; late shift; hectic shifts specially when colleagues are sick and they can’t find replacement on time
