Pros

My time at Motadata was truly exceptional. Starting as a trainee, I received consistent and unwavering support throughout my tenure. Despite encountering a challenging situation due to an accident, their encouragement pushed me to excel and overcome obstacles. I was leaveing Motadata due move to abroad. However, had circumstances allowed, I would have gladly remained a long-term employee at Motadata. I extend my sincere appreciation to the CEO, Managers, HR teams, and especially to Darshi Parikh and Ashish Dhamelia for their professionalism and guidance. I wholeheartedly recommend Motadata to those seeking career growth while prioritizing work-life balance. It stands out as an exemplary company in this regard. Thank you, Motadata, for the invaluable opportunities and experiences.

Cons

The company’s management fosters a culture of open communication, where feedback is valued and acted upon promptly. This has created a sense of transparency and trust among colleagues, leading to effective collaboration and problem-solving.

Pros

I completed my internship at Motadata, and it was a great learning experience. The company offers good exposure to real-world product development and enterprise-level systems. The work environment is professional, and the team is supportive, which makes it a good place for interns and freshers to start their careers.

Cons

Initial learning curve can be challenging for freshers. Some tasks may feel demanding due to product complexity.
