• Toxic culture of extreme micromanagement and leadership does not like being challenged • There isn’t much opportunity for progression as they hire more senior leaders • Corporate favouritism is very much alive, if you're not your managers favourite, you will struggle to progress and could be shown the exit at the first opportunity
