Pros

The culture at Moss is by far the best I have experienced. Everyone works well together and supports each other. Management listens and cares about their employees. Management does not micro-manage, trusts their employees and lets us get our jobs done. The turnover for employees is very low and the longevity and loyalty of employees is astonishing. Moss' quality of work makes it easy to sell and stand behind. Moss does care for their clients and values relationships and partnerships. I believe in everything they do and feel they have the best solutions for clients with high quality builds. Truly the best out there.

Cons

The expectations are high - this doesn't seem like a con, but the workload is a lot, and everyone seems to be doing as much as they possibly can. There are not enough hours in the day. We could beef up staff and support to alleviate some of the workload and stress. Everyone seems to be at capacity and working very long hours.
