Lack of Preproduction Leadership/ Management - Preflight Moss Employee Review

-Preproduction manager lacks leadership, conduct and she may be lack training herselve. -I was expected to create an SOP after only bring there a couple weeks. -As a new employee, much was expected with minimal training, having my work rejected or come back with issues - I felt lost. -Fellow preflighters and color correct staff have confined being sided for manager’s favorites. -Leads are uninterested in training and perhaps lack pre-production training themselves.
