Service style is incapable of dealing with peak times - 1 on 1 customer interaction juggling 6 customers is extremely difficult Head office unresponsive Chronic pay system problems (but always corrected when flagged in my experience) HR unresponsive if contacted through escalation ladders. Everything has to go through store manager. Ancient, buggy and borderline unusable systems Performance targets lead to perverse incentives
