I had access to modern hardware, used modern technologies, had time to practice in new skills, participate in inter team internal projects, close to cool developers.
Cons
Posters on the wall says "We are team", but coworkers not really friendly to each other, (especially about silly questions). Old school concrete of development flow. Very specific knowledge and products, hard to find similar job.
