      Monday through Friday work (except during the winter)

      Cons

      Favoritism between the office staff and senior leadership creates tension Lack of vital pieces of equipment (blowers, shovels, rakes, etc.) and what there is, they are often broken or in need of serious repairs. Poor benefits NO ACCOUNTABILITY
