Pros
The people. I have an incredibly high amount of respect for the people I worked directly with. They were smart, creative, versatile, and for the most part patient. Patience was key at this company, some had more than others. I genuinely enjoyed working alongside them and I am grateful for that experience. It is just too bad that we were all working where we worked.
Cons
Just about everything else. Pay was borderline insulting. Benefits were slashed. Clients seemed to always be on the cusp of dropping the company, which they eventually did. I can't speak for everyone but there was never a time where I felt like a valued employee. When I would think about quitting I felt as if the company would consider that a win because they would just hire some poor sucker straight out of college (me in 2013) and pay her/him less than I was making. Something this company would consider a win win. Oh and turnover was apocalyptic.
