Pros
In my opinion there are 3 things about Mosaic that make it an awesome place to work. The People, The Culture, and the Clients. The people here are great! Everyone is smart, talented, and fun to work with. I love that I get to work with different groups of people on the P&G Account - it feels like the team is always full of fresh ideas and we all lean on each other to do great work. Mosaic is definitely one of the funnest places I've worked... the culture here is awesome! , It's a very collaborative environment but it's not over the top. The scale of the work at Mosaic is pretty cool. All of the clients are very well known brands and they are all very innovative and creative. Most of the projects are fun, challenging, and fairly high profile. There's a big emphasis on quality - our clients expect world class work, and it feels like we have access to whatever resources we need to do great work. Overall, it's been a really great place to work!

I see lots of postings for jobs I know I'm qualified for and would love to be a part of but it seems like they are unattainable at times.
