      Pros

      Can try a lot of things, learn + grow, make a really significant difference week to week, and for an awesome + rewarding cause. Working with students is fun. Work life balance + general respect have improved over time. Remote. Company definitely works to create a fun/positive environment with online games, daily prompts on slack, retreat etc., and especially by celebrating students wins (more $$$ for college)

      Cons

      Focus changes constantly- largely a good thing at the stage we're at, but it can be frustrating at times and not a fit for everyone. Company lets new employees go quickly if they don't feel they're performing

      Pros

      - Incredibly talented and highly motivated team. - Lots of room to work cross-functionally and collaborate across teams. - Lots of opportunities to grow within role. - People take ownership and feel proud of their work. - Working on solving a hard problem that matters greatly.

      Cons

      - As an early stage company working on building something ambitious, there is a lot to be done. Success at Mos requires high levels of ownership, commitment, and drive.

      Pros

      Hires internationally and provides a work-from-home option.

      Cons

      The CEO and managers are rude. Working hours are isolating. They gaslight you about the workload and tell you your work is "worthless."
